Where did the day go?

Ah Sundays. I love Sundays because the day really does represent a feeling that it should be a day of rest. Even if you are working you feel that Sunday is different and not just any day of the week.

I went to the local pub with Cassandra for Sunday lunch. Sometimes we like to have a girly outing without the stressed of work. The Sunday roast is traditional and wonderful. I don't know why  pub roasts are so good, maybe it's because you have already had a drink and have wetted the appetite but my, they are good!

We left just over an hour and a half ago slightly tipsy to say the least, which might explain this rambling post. I am definitely not fit to do any work today and will just relax mostly in front of the tv. Oven ready food for the rest of the family this evening which requires no effort at all and considering my cooking they will not object:)

I did have some funny visions in the pub and a niggly feeling in my legs where I can't get comfortable. This usually means someone wants to contact me from the other side about something. I have learnt from years of experience to let them wait and to respect my time as it does get annoying. At the beginning I would stop everything that I was doing to get the message but now I have realised that the spirits have to be dealt with like children and wait their turn. I certainly am not in a fit state now to do anything and I am sure they can't get through as an almighty hangover is about to kick in. Better it kicks in now so I will be fresh tomorrow morning...
